  1. 1Verse 1

    وَٱلۡعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبۡحٗا

    WaalAAadiyati dabhan

    By the racers, panting

  2. 2Verse 2

    فَٱلۡمُورِيَٰتِ قَدۡحٗا

    Faalmooriyati qadhan

    And the producers of sparks [when] striking

  3. 3Verse 3

    فَٱلۡمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبۡحٗا

    Faalmugheerati subhan

    And the chargers at dawn

  4. 4Verse 4

    فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعٗا

    Faatharna bihi naqAAan

    Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust

  5. 5Verse 5

    فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهِۦ جَمۡعًا

    Fawasatna bihi jamAAan

    Arriving thereby in the center collectively

  6. 6Verse 6

    إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٞ

    Inna alinsana lirabbihi lakanoodun

    Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful

  7. 7Verse 7

    وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٞ

    Wainnahu AAala thalika lashaheedun

    And indeed, he is to that a witness

  8. 8Verse 8

    وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلۡخَيۡرِ لَشَدِيدٌ

    Wainnahu lihubbi alkhayri lashadeedun

    And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense

  9. 9Verse 9

    ۞أَفَلَا يَعۡلَمُ إِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِي ٱلۡقُبُورِ

    Afala yaAAlamu itha buAAthira ma fee alquboori

    But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered

  10. 10Verse 10

    وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ

    Wahussila ma fee alssudoori

    And that within the breasts is obtained

  11. 11Verse 11

    إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لَّخَبِيرُۢ

    Inna rabbahum bihim yawmaithin lakhabeerun

    Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted
