أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
Alam nashrah laka sadrakaDid We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
WawadaAAna AAanka wizrakaAnd We removed from you your burden

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
Allathee anqada thahrakaWhich had weighed upon your back
- 4Verse 4
وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
WarafaAAna laka thikrakaAnd raised high for you your repute
- 5Verse 5
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا
Fainna maAAa alAAusri yusranFor indeed, with hardship [will be] ease

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
Inna maAAa alAAusri yusranIndeed, with hardship [will be] ease

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
Faitha faraghta fainsabSo when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
Waila rabbika fairghabAnd to your Lord direct [your] longing
